Terms of Use
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of Tuckaway, made by Handler Labs LLC. By using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it.
What Tuckaway is
Tuckaway is a manual budgeting tool. You enter your own figures and the app helps you plan with envelopes. Tuckaway does not connect to your bank, move money, or process payments.
Not financial advice
Tuckaway is for planning only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Your data is yours
Your budget data stays on your device. If a future update adds optional iCloud sync, it would travel only through your own iCloud. You can export or erase it at any time. We do not hold it hostage.
Subscriptions
Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes all purchases. A subscription renews automatically at the stated price for the chosen period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID in Settings or the App Store, not through us. Refunds are requested from and issued by Apple under Apple's policies; Handler Labs cannot issue refunds. Any free trial is disclosed before you start it. The basics are free and stay free.
No warranty
Tuckaway is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be error free. Check important figures yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Handler Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Tuckaway.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Handler Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where the consumer-protection law of your place of residence grants rights that cannot be waived. Where Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement or the Apple Developer Program License Agreement conflicts with these terms, Apple's terms control.
